leap-friday

Two weeks ago I feel over and sandwiched myself between a rock and a tree. It hurt, but not really to bad, after a couple of days it swelled up halfway I have a severe pain at the outside of my calf just below the knee. At first the pain was more severe in the front outside calf, but that pain is very minimal now. The most severe pain is centered in the tissue padding the bone to the outside of my leg. The pain comes and goes. The pain become very intense trying to slide a shoe off with out loosening it completely and removing it with my hand. I am sorry that I can't describe it more succinctly. I don't even have any idea what I am dealing with to figure it out to treat it effectively. If your hips are out of alignment then one leg will be longer than the other. The longer leg will take more of a beating then the other leg and be the cause of stress fractures. I woke up this morning and my bum was hurting, both sides. The right side hurts more. Your leg obviously suffered a lot of weight falling on it and extensive bruising and swelling can cause stiffness and probably scar tissue has developed where there was muscle damage. It will help get rid of any residual swelling, stretch. the muscles out and break down scar tissue.
